Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you must request and send your return within 14 days after receiving your item in order to be eligible for a refund. Returns that are not both requested and shipped within this period will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, closed/sealed safely for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. You will need to create and pay for your own.
You can use PostNL or DHL to arrange your return shipment.
When creating your shipping label, we recommend using the dimensions 100x50x50 cm at PostNL or 80x50x35 at DHL, as these sizes are often suitable and easy to select when booking your parcel.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items – These are made especially for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable. By purchasing, you agree to these terms. For more info please read Terms of Service and Shipping&Returns.


If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
